Squat: 110lbs
Overhead Press: 60lbs
Dead Lift: 140lbs ↓↑
Pushups: 3xF (Maxed at 30 reps)
Pilates Crunch: 3xF (Maxed at 20 reps)
Noticed some pain on the squats. Will go to 115lbs on the next, but if there is too much pain I'll drop it back to 100lbs. Still finding the overhead press a bit difficult at 60lbs. I'll keep it at 60lbs for one more workout and then move up.
30 pushups in a row?! I've never been able to do that in my life! It's nice to see results.
