Squats: 105lbs (Failed due to inappropriate equipment)
Bench Press: 75lbs
Barbell Rows: 80lbs (Failed 3rd time)
Dips: 3xF
Reverse Crunches: 3xF (Maxed at 40 reps)
Problems with the Steinborn Lift. Ended up hurting my neck on the final set. Otherwise I was doing fine on with 105lbs and made it through the previous reps fine.
Note to self: I need a fucking rack.
Had to get my wife to help get the weight off my shoulders and then had to relax with ice for a while before continuing with the workout. No doubt I'll pay for this more tomorrow as I can feel my neck getting stiff as I type this.
