Squat: 90lbs (No pain)
Bench Press: 85lbs (Failed 3rd time)
Barbell Row: 70lbs
Dip: 3xF
Pilates Crunch: 3xF
Finally able to move up on the weight for squats. No pain was felt though the entire set. We'll see what happens in the coming weeks and how far I can move up.
Third failure on the bench press. Decreasing weight by 20% for next bench press set. Weight will drop to 70lbs.
