Workout

Squat: 90lbs
Bench Press: 70lbs (20% drop due to failure)
Barbell Row: 75lbs
Dip: 3xF
Pilates Crunch: 3xF (maxed at 20 reps)

Stayed at 90lbs for the squat. Need to take it easy as I seem to need my hip to do things...like move around.
